18 ncac 07j .0312          application withdrawal

A technology provider applicant may withdraw its application:

(1)           before receiving notice of the Department's decision on its application; and

(2)           by providing written notice:

(a)           with the effective date of the withdrawal; and

(b)           signed by a person with the authority to bind the applicant.
